Scheduled appointments are reserved especially for you.
At Boston Medical Aesthetics, we strive to provide the best service and care for all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have established the following policy regarding no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
Cancellations, Rescheduling and No Shows:
Your appointment time is reserved especially for YOU. When cancellations happen last minute or when you don't show for your appointment, please understand that it is very difficult to fill your appointment time on short or no notice. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please kindly provide 48 hours notice to avoid the following fees:
$50 for Botox, Dysport or Daxxify Appointments;
$100 for all Filler Services;
50% of the cost of service for Hydrafacials, Peels, Microneedling, Lumecca, Morpheus8 and Coolsculpting.
Clients who have more than three no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the appointment time) will unfortunately no longer be able to remain clients at Boston Medical Aesthetics. These missed appointments take valuable time that could be used to serve other clients.
Late Arrivals:
Please note that if you arrive late, we may not be able to complete your service as scheduled. Our providers adhere to a strict timetable to maintain the highest quality of care for all our patients. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, this will be at our discretion, and we cannot cut into the time allotted for other appointments.
We understand that traffic and parking can sometimes be challenging, so we encourage you to plan accordingly to ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.
